Destructable Car

This asset is a work in progress game asset for a debut indie title I'm creating. I was tasked with making a car that can be destroyed on impact. My solution was to first make each panel of the car individual including the lights and glass windows that will all be breakable as well. Next, for each piece I created shape key animations of the panel being dented. Most of the damage modeling was done by simply randomizing and vertex smoothing the vertacies. After some final key frame animation to sync the panels, the car is ready to be tested in Unity Game Engine. This is a WIP and will continue to be built up as the final goal is a fully functional car with interior and engine bay. In game video coming soon.
